  • Q: Do you have products in stock? What is the production cycle?

    • A: We usually have inventory of regular products and can deliver them immediately. For customized products, the production cycle needs to be confirmed according to the order quantity, usually 35 - 45 days.

  • Can you offer discounts or preferential offers?

    • A: Large - order customers or long - term cooperation customers can enjoy tiered price discounts. Please contact the sales manager for specific negotiation.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    • A: We support:
      T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% advance payment, 70% to be paid before shipment (most commonly used).
      L/C (Letter of Credit): We accept sight L/C, which needs to be issued by a reputable bank.

  • What is the cooperation process?

    • A: The standard process is as follows:
      1.Inquiry → 2. Confirm details (product, payment, transportation) → 3. Sign the contract → 4. Payment → 5. Production / Shipment → 6. Delivery of documents.
