Q: Do you have stock of the products? What is the production lead time?
A: Our regular products usually have stock and can be shipped immediately. Customized products will have a production lead time of 35-45 days, depending on the order quantity.

Q: Do you support customization (such as logo, packaging, specifications)?
A: Yes, we support customization services. Please provide specific requirements (such as design files, specifications), and we will evaluate and provide a quotation accordingly.

Q: Do the products comply with international standards (such as CE, RoHS, ETL)?
A: Our products have passed [CCC, CE certification] and relevant certificates can be provided. Please specify any special requirements before placing an order.


2.Pricing and Quotation
Q: Can discounts or promotions be provided?
A: Large orders or long-term cooperative customers can enjoy tiered pricing discounts. Please contact the sales manager for specific arrangements.

Q: Does the quotation include shipping and taxes?
A: The default quotation includes [EXW tax-inclusive, FOB SHANGHAI tax-inclusive]. Specific cost inclusions depend on the trade terms, please refer to the quotation for details.

Q: How long is the quotation valid for?
A: Due to fluctuations in raw material prices, the quotation is valid for 7-15 days and needs to be reconfirmed if exceeded.


3.Payment Methods
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We support:
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% advance payment, 70% balance before shipment (most commonly used).
L/C (Letter of Credit): Acceptance of sight LC issued by reputable banks.

Q: Can full payment be accepted before shipment for initial cooperation?
A: In order to safeguard the interests of both parties, 30%-50% advance payment is required for initial cooperation, with the balance settled before shipment. More flexible terms can be negotiated after long-term cooperation.

Q: How soon after payment can the goods be shipped?
A: After receiving the advance payment, regular products will be arranged for shipment within 30-40 days; customized products will be based on the production lead time.


4.Cooperation Process
Q: What is the cooperation process like?
A: Standard process:
Inquiry → 2. Confirm details (product, payment, transportation) → 3. Sign contract → 4. Payment → 5. Production/Shipment → 6. Delivery of documents.

Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ for regular products is 200 pieces, and for customized products, it will be negotiated based on the complexity of the process.


5.Transportation and Logistics
Q: What is the port of shipment?
A: The default port of shipment is [Shanghai Port]. If the customer chooses another port, costs and other issues need to be discussed.

Q: What are the transportation methods available? How to choose?
A: Common transportation methods:
Sea Freight: Suitable for bulk cargo, cost-effective, with a transit time of 25-35 days.
Air Freight: Suitable for urgent orders, with a transit time of 3-7 days but higher costs.
Express Delivery: DHL/FedEx, suitable for small samples with a transit time of 3-5 days.

Q: Can the status of the goods be tracked?
A: Yes, a bill of lading number (sea freight) or waybill number (air freight/express) will be provided after shipment, which can be tracked in real-time on the official website.


6.Quality and After-sales
Q: How do you ensure product quality?
A: We follow strict QC processes, provide pre-shipment inspection services, and can arrange third-party inspections (such as SGS).

Q: What to do if quality issues are found after receiving the goods?
A: Please provide photo/video evidence within XX days after receipt. Once responsibility is confirmed, we will provide free replacement or negotiate compensation.

Q: Do you provide after-sales service or technical support?
A: Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty period, during which non-human damage can be repaired or replaced free of charge.


7.Tariffs and Customs Clearance
Q: Who is responsible for tariffs?
A: It depends on the trade terms. For example, under FOB, the buyer is responsible, while under DDP, the seller assumes responsibility.

Q: Can assistance be provided in handling customs clearance documents?
A: Yes, we will provide a complete set of customs clearance documents (such as commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, etc.).
