ZEK'S LAB to Test the Vacuum Cleaner to check and confirm the quality. ZEK has four inspection rooms to do the test. It's a daily routine test. We will do the test for all orders. All processess are in accordance with our 5s management.
This is a mandatory and interval loop test of the lifetime of motors. If the electric current is out of rated range, the equipment will alarm and indicate a technical inspection on motors. At set intervals, we will do the test to check the performance and stability of the heating components to guarantee the quality of steam mops that are sold worldwide. Now we are doing a recycling test of battery packs for a new incoming batch. All the records will be restored in our archives. If the samples pass the sampling test, we will go on with other inspections.
